Take 4 capsules per day. You can take them whole, or open the capsules to mix with food or drink (e.g. in a smoothie). We recommend taking them in the morning for energy throughout the day.
Please note:
- Some similar products recommend 6 capsules per day. This is fine, but is probably overkill (e.g. you do not need 540% of the RDI of B12) and it is possible to have too much vitamin A which is why we recommend 4 capsules per day.
- Taking supplements with coffee can interfere with the absorption of certain nutrients, we recommend a 30 minute window on either side. See FAQ for more information.
