Collagen peptides can survive temperatures as high as 300°C, making collagen one of the few protein powders that may be used in hot drinks, cooking and baking. It dissolves just as well in hot or cold water:

Serving Suggestions
For best results, consume 1 serve (15g) per day. To save on plastic we don’t use a scoop so simply mix 2 heaped tablespoons in 300ml of water and mix with a spoon, shaker or blender.
